These Terms govern your use of everlisse.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Everlisse ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Contact: everlissehair@outlook.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you order. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct pricing errors, including after an order is submitted; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues).

Subscription billing

When you choose the subscription option:

• You pay $109 today for the 90-Day Reset Kit (device plus a 90-night serum supply).
• Your serum refill subscription begins after a 90-day trial period, during which you are not charged.
• After day 90 you are charged $29 per month for a serum refill, automatically, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime, with no lock-in, through your account or by emailing everlissehair@outlook.com. Cancelling stops future charges and shipments; it does not retroactively refund refills already shipped.
• By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on this recurring schedule and to store it for that purpose. We will give advance notice of any change to the price or timing as required by law.

Health, safety, and intended use

Our products are cosmetic scalp-care products and a scalp-care device. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Individual results vary. Do not use the device if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or broken or infected scalp skin. Patch test before first use, keep the needle head clean and replace as directed, and follow all instructions provided. If pregnant or nursing, or if you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlisse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
