Subscription cancellation

Your Root Serum refill subscription has no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time.

- Your first refill is billed after a 90-day free trial — you are not charged for the first 90 days.
- After that, you are billed $29 per month for each refill until you cancel.
- To cancel, manage your subscription from your account, or email everlissehair@outlook.com. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that charge.
- Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. Refills already shipped are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
