Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period.
This means you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. For return approval, you must also provide photo and/or video evidence clearly showing that the product is unused and unopened.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@everlisse.com. Note: returns must be sent to the address provided below ONLY after your return request has been reviewed by the team.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Important:
Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with the performance or results of our products, as these may vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.
All returns are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: discounted or sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is confirmed, you can place a new order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Regardless of the above conditions, as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period without stating a reason. The item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and a proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
